Regular attendance is key to student success. Chronic absences can negatively impact learning, and Washington State law requires students to attend school regularly.

If your child will be absent, please notify the attendance office as soon as possible.

• Call 360-448-6400 (option 1) and leave a message with your student’s name, reason for absence, and date(s),

• Submit an absence request via Skyward Family Access, or

• Email HHES attendance (Shelley Tochtrop), HMS Attendance (Sabrina Brown), or HHS Attendance (Darci Robinson). Emails are firstname.lastname@hocksd.org.
