HOCKINSON MIDDLE SCHOOL
Preparing all students for lifelong success
Hello HMS Families,
I just sent an email with a follow-up from today's medical emergency.
Thank you.
There were emergency medical vehicles present on campus because we had a staff medical emergency.
Hockinson School District will be updating some of our educational technology platforms for students and parents. We want to share what you can expect and where to find information beginning in the 2026-27 school year. Read more here.
Hello HMS Families,
I hope you all are having a wonderful summer! We are looking forward to welcoming all of our students back on campus, it's quiet here without them.
You can find our back to school newsletter HERE.
The newsletter holds a lot of information! As you are reading it, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach to me. I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Good Afternoon,
I wanted to let you know that a Sheriff was on campus today to follow-up on an individual student issue. While I know it's concerning to see a Sheriff present on campus, I can assure you this is nothing anyone needs to be worried about. I appreciate your support and understanding.
